



XINCANG TECH INC. was founded in November 2023 as a third-party logistics company specializing in fulfillment and distribution services for e-commerce sellers and traditional B2B customers in the United States. Our services include, but are not limited to, cash on delivery, transshipment, FBA transfer, warehousing, returns, and label exchange. We have branch offices and professional service teams in major port cities across China and Southeast Asia. With built-in robust logistics information network, we effectively reduce logistics costs and ensure the safety and reliability of transportation.
Currently, self-operated warehouses are mainly located in Los Angeles, New Jersey and North Carolina, with a total storage area of over 750,000 square feet.
In-house developed Warehouse Management System plus the “24/7" customer service team provide dual online and offline after-sales services.
Our international ocean freight division has established cooperative agreements with numerous renowned shipping lines, including MSC, CMA, COSCO, EMC, OOCL, YML, MSK, ZIM, ONE, and HMM. We have branch offices and professional service teams in major port cities across China and Southeast Asia.
UFI's Warehouse is equipped with 5 layers of special shelves for large items, intelligent sorting equipment, and a professional team to provide solutions for B2B and B2C businesses.
B2C Specialized management system, in-depth local logistics cooperation platform across the United States, faster timeliness and cheaper freight.
Cooperating with local professional truck companies in the US, we have formed a local truck delivery network covering the United States.
UFI also provides transfer service to designated platform warehouses which has a lot advantages in terms of transportation timeliness and cost.

In 2020, the company established an IT center to develop the company's own warehouse management system. Currently there are three systems in use. They are the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System (OMS), and shipment management (TFMS) technical team.
UFI is environmental friendly. We try our best to use paperless operations in our warehouses. Thanks to the Advanced IT Team we have, our operations right now is almost paperless.
The three systems provide customers with advanced cross-border logistics technology and services. It connects with data from more than 10 well-known e-commerce platforms in the US, including Amazon, Wayfair, Wish, and eBay, to provide one-stop order management, logistics management, and warehousing management solutions for B2B, B2C and customized service receivers.
With the three advanced systems in use, UFI is open to other APIs through our system. The connections are diversified and are not limited by a single API.
The expenses incurred in OMS can be directly searched in the system, and the expenses are transparent.
